Job Summary

Aprio is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Technology Advisory team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering NetSuite projects to clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver NetSuite projects to clients, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Plan, manage, and communicate project progress, achieving project milestones and maintaining project momentum.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and escalate when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project sponsors, project managers, and team members.
  • Manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Deliver a diverse scope of services, requiring analysis of numerous factors.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of cumulative experience in systems applications Project/Program Management, either internally or externally.
  • Outstanding client-facing skills, with a history of building extraordinary relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience delivering presentations and managing meetings via web conferencing.
  • Thoughtfulness and excellent judgment when selecting methods and techniques for achieving project success.
  • Independently organized and performs work required with minimal guidance.
  • Strong background in project management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans.
  • Implementation experience with ERP and CRM applications, and a good understanding of integration, data, customization, and other ERP implementation-related principles.
  • Formal Project Management methodology training, with significant practical use.
