Rogers Behavioral Health is a not-for-profit organization providing top-quality psychiatric services to patients and conducting cutting-edge research.

We offer adults, children, and adolescents the ability to receive care at multiple levels of service, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services. Our primary hospitals are located in Wisconsin, with clinics across the state and nine other states.

In this role, you will serve as a team leader in our patient care model, working collaboratively with physicians to provide multi-faceted treatment teams. You will have opportunities to work in various levels of care, both live and virtually, and support patient admissions, protocol development, quality assurance, and peer review evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend patients at assigned locations and assist with patient coverage
  • Conduct medication management sessions, patient evaluations, and assessments
  • Create patient treatment plans and manage updates
  • Participate in team and unit meetings, create discharge plans, and round on patients as required
  • Develop relationships with medical staff and providers across RBH

Requirements:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Wisconsin
  • Board-eligible AHP; board certification preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university
  • Successful completion of practical training in psychiatry

Estimated salary: $134,045 - $160,854 per year, based on experience and specialization. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), employee share program, life/disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
