  • As an Exterior Design Coordinator, you will lead design appointments with homeowners to provide personalized selections of interior and exterior finishes. This involves working closely with clients to understand their preferences and presenting tailored options that meet their needs.

This role also involves managing change orders through internal processes, ensuring seamless communication between departments. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the Boise Design Center by helping with selections, ordering, and other related tasks. You will oversee relationships with external design representatives, coordinating communication with companies supplying samples for our Design Studio and home finishes.

  • Your responsibilities will also include management and oversight of the Online Design Studio for the Boise Division, as well as communicating with the Sales Team and Construction Team on design changes, updates, and customer choices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience with a residential production home builder
  • A Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Based on market conditions and industry standards, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
