Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager Emerging Accounts Representative to join our team at Shamrock Foods Company. In this role, you will be responsible for representing and selling our products and services to Branch Emerging Accounts, fostering mutually beneficial relationships between customers and our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of the relationship with customers, ensuring maximum compliance with contracts and managing key margin and expense items.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers, preparing for and performing business reviews that benefit both the customer and our company.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals, directing sales and profit forecasting and transactional activities to meet those goals.
  • Prepare internal and external reports, including negotiations, PRs, daily usage, and other relevant information.
  • Monitor and ensure contract compliance, maintaining contracts and monitoring contract expiration dates.
  • Manage inventory stocking levels for all proprietary items and resolve day-to-day issues for assigned accounts and other accounts as needed.
  • Manage customer service issues, negotiating with corporate customers to achieve end resolutions.
  • Responsible for all new customers, acting as a project manager to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Manage the setup of and train customers in the use of Shamrock-supplied technology and ordering systems, assisting corporate-level customers with all new systems integration requests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of foodservice distribution experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Associate degree or higher from a college, university, trade school, or specialized training program.
  • Working knowledge of contract systems and ability to audit contracts regularly.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, as well as speak effectively before groups of customers.

Benefits:

Shamrock Foods Company offers a competitive salary of $80,000 to $105,000, with annual bonus potential depending on competency, experience, qualifications, and skills. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) savings plan, profit sharing, paid time off, and continued education and wellness programs.
