Store Communications Specialist

As a Store Communications Specialist at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing effective communication strategies to drive field execution and engagement across our global stores. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Create and write store communication specific to all Hollister/Gilly Hicks brand product-facing categories, providing accurate and streamlined knowledge and direction for store associates.
- Develop and maintain the internal task & communication calendar, ensuring turn-in deadlines are accurate, communicated, and met.
- Collaborate with the Stylists to create and deliver form directives, and publish store pricing and deliver floorset documentation.
- Manage and maintain the folder structures and files on our internal SharePoint site, ensuring all product-facing communications, tools, and resources are organized and easily accessible.
- Evaluate and execute task management, ensuring applicable communication is posted to relevant store groups.
- Monitor and respond to teams chats and incident reports to troubleshoot store issues.
- Identify country-specific needs with documentation while maintaining a uniform company standard.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-starter, and detail-oriented.
- Intermediate computer skills within Adobe and Microsoft Office are preferred.
- Video editing skills preferred.
- Prior store and/or retail experience is preferred.
