Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to support various aspects of HR operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruitment and staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding and orientation, training and development, performance management, compliance, record keeping, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and questions, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and maintain positive relationships between employees and management.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, and communicate information about these programs to employees.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate orientation and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to be successful in their roles.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance evaluation processes, set performance goals, and address performance issues when necessary.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with relevant employment laws and regulations, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, and workplace safety.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate personnel files, track employee data, and generate reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and/or Experience Qualifications: High school diploma, GED or equivalent, two years of administrative experience, one year of human resources experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize quickly, strong attention to detail, team-oriented, excellent organization/coordination ability, ability to adapt in a quick-paced environment, self-motivated with the ability to effectively work autonomously or with a team.
  • Additional Qualifications: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
