Job Summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Building Solutions Manager to join our team in Indianapolis. As a sales professional, you will target new clients in your assigned territory and develop long-term relationships.

The primary responsibility of this role is growing our client base through prospecting, sales, and project management. You will identify potential clients, schedule appointments, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts.

This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and customer service orientation. If you are a detail-oriented individual with 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients in your assigned territory
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers
  • Prepare customized proposals and quotes for clients
  • Negotiate contracts and manage projects from start to finish
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and contractors
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with:

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience or cold calling background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation and ability to work independently
Compensation and Benefits

The total compensation package includes a competitive salary, car allowance, bonuses, and uncapped commission pay. In the first year, the target total compensation is $90,000, which includes a base salary, car allowance, and commissions. The second-year target total compensation is between $100-$130,000.

Additionally, City Wide offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(K) retirement plan with company match, 8 paid holidays, and 15 days of PTO. After two full years, you will become eligible for our profit-sharing program.
