Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality loan solutions and excellent customer service.
  • Analyze customer financial information to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business, marketing).
  • At least 1 year of experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
