Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Specialist to join our team at the Essentia Health St. Mary's Heart & Vascular Center in Duluth, MN. As an Electrophysiologist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive cardiac care to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology studies and procedures, including complex cardiac ablation
  • Implant and manage cardiac rhythm management devices
  • Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services

Requirements

  • Board certification or eligibility in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABTS)
  • Completion of an Advanced Electrophysiology Fellowship
  • Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Minnesota
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $350,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
