Business Development Manager for Municipal Markets

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving market penetration and accelerated sales growth in the municipal vertical by targeting existing and new logo customers within a defined geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop monthly sales territory and account plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Execute planned activities and document them in Hach's CRM system.
- Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms and other accounts that indirectly influence buying decisions.
- Develop a network of customer and industry contacts to position Hach as a key member of the water management community.

- A 13-week onboarding and training program to prepare you for success.
- A fast-paced and dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth and development.
- 5+ years of sales experience in analytical instrumentation.
- BA/BS degree required, with a science-related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or Engineering preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
$90,000 - $100,000 per year, plus bonus pay.
