About the Role

ProCare Therapy is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for full-time positions in Revere, MA.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a caseload of approximately 60 students, providing evaluations, consults, and direct services. You will be working onsite and collaborating with an educational team to support students' communication development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs
  • Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's requirements
  • Provide high-quality speech therapy services
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, evaluations, and IEPs
Requirements:
  • Active Massachusetts SLP license
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Prior experience working with a school-based caseload is preferred
