**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Medical Travel Nurse NICU Specialist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to take on new challenges and make a meaningful impact in the lives of newborns.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns requiring close monitoring and specialized treatment.
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for high-risk neonates.
  • Utilize advanced technology, including ventilators, incubators, and other specialized equipment, to provide life-saving interventions and therapies.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care NICU setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
  • A degree from an accredited nursing program, with a strong foundation in pediatric critical care.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a focus on providing compassionate and individualized care to each patient.
