Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Perform supervisory visits to ensure compliance with HFR policies and regulations.
  • Provide training and support to PCA staff to ensure they meet the necessary standards.
  • Complete license renewals and ensure all staff members are up-to-date with their certifications.
  • Supervise CRA and CLS staff to ensure they are meeting the required standards.
  • Review and initial PHCP tracking sheets to ensure services are being provided as outlined in the service plan.
  • Perform annual staff evaluations to assess their performance and provide feedback.
  • Attend ISP meetings to discuss client care plans and ensure they are being implemented effectively.
  • Develop and update healthcare plans as needed to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing with relevant experience.
  • Current Georgia license to practice as a Registered Nurse and CPR certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Location and Schedule

Thomasville, GA | Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4 PM
