Job Overview

Greenfield Savings Bank is seeking a skilled IT network systems specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Bank's wide area and local area networks (WAN/LAN), systems, applications, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage network infrastructure, prioritizing security and performance, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other related devices.
  • Ensure proper configuration and patching of network-related devices and systems, adhering to Bank standards.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of network systems, including IPS/IDS, Wi-Fi, anti-virus, anti-malware, anti-spam, and other systems for maximum network security.
  • Troubleshoot networking hardware and software issues, document resolutions using a ticketing system and knowledgebase.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
  • Thorough understanding of networking protocols, LAN, and WAN networking.
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Windows, M365, and Azure experience.
  • Experience with Meraki, Sophos, and/or Ubiquiti.
  • Knowledge of application virtualization, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and VMWare.
  • Ability to independently problem-solve and collaborate within a team.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proven ability to stay current on IT security trends.
Compensation

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
