Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UC Engineer to join our team at World Wide Technology. As a key member of our Unified Communications team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex communication systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Unified Communications solutions for our clients
  • Develop and execute detailed SOPs and documentation for Unified Communications Engineering
  • Conduct integration proof of concept testing and manage projects related to communication tools
  • Provide expert-level support for collaboration tools such as Cisco Jabber and Microsoft Teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of communication systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of related systems engineering experience in Unified Communications
  • Strong understanding of Unified Communications design and functions
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and other data manipulation tools
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required and eligibility to obtain a CI poly
