About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Live-In Resident Advisor to join our team at our Wasilla location. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in helping our residents develop the skills they need to succeed in life.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to residents as they navigate their journey towards independence
• Teach vocational and maintenance skills necessary for successful transition into independent living, economic, and social success
• Counsel and mentor residents to promote emotional growth and well-being

Requirements

• Mature and emotionally healthy individual with good judgment, humor, and counseling skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet minimum age requirement
