We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team. This role plays a vital part in driving high-performance culture through meaningful development experiences that foster exceptional talent.
**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective development programs and solutions that enhance talent across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:

- Develop frameworks, methodology, infrastructure, tools, and metrics needed for managing development activities and achieving expected business outcomes.
- Recommend and deliver blended learning experiences, services, trainings, and other interventions aligned with proven theory and practice.
- Stay current with trends in the learning and development industry.
- Leverage technology, learning systems, and vendor partners to enhance and supplement comprehensive development experiences.
- Consult with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to assess OneAmerica's and stakeholder development needs.
- Regularly evaluate learning and development programs to ensure they are achieving the goals of the enterprise.
- Lead special projects and project components that have enterprise-wide scope and high impact on business outcomes, including research, detailed planning, and execution of initiatives and programs.

- Bachelor's degree required;
- Master's degree (related fields: Human Resources, MBA, I/O Psychology, Leadership Development) ideal;
- HR/Talent-related certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CPLP) preferred, but not required;
- 5+ years of relevant work experience;
- Experience developing and managing enterprise-wide development programs;
- Application of OD, adult learning principles, instructional design, and a variety of learning modalities to design and deliver development programs and solutions;
- Experienced facilitator and presenter;
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background;
**What You'll Get:
A competitive salary of $106,000 - $140,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
This position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with some travel to our Indianapolis, IN office as needed.
