Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,979.83, ranging from $36,000.00 to $44,959.07, based on performance and pay anniversary date.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled First Officer to work on the CRJ 200 aircraft. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and professional operation of flights, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to company policies and regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Put Safety Above All: Our top priority is the safety of our passengers and crew members.
  • Comply with Schedules and Directives: Ensure adherence to flight schedules and other operational directives.
  • Perform Company-Assigned Duties: Complete all assigned tasks in accordance with company manuals, memos, and policies.
  • Conduct Pre-Flight Planning: Prepare detailed flight plans and ensure the aircraft is ready for departure.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain Aircraft Cleanliness: Ensure the aircraft is clean and prepared for flight, with all necessary provisions on board.

 

Qualifications:

  • Aged 18+: Meet the minimum age requirement for commercial flying.
  • Commercial Multi-Engine Instrument License: Possess a valid license for multi-engine instrument flying.
  • Current First-Class Medical Certificate: Hold a current first-class medical certificate, verified at the time of interview.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Worldwide/International Aviation Experience: Possess experience in international aviation operations.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Work Permit: Be a U.S. citizen or possess a valid work permit.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Current Passport: Possess a current passport.
  • Lift 75 Lbs. Routinely: Be able to lift 75 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • English Proficiency Endorsement: Hold an English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE).
  • Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Display self-motivation and teamwork skills, working effectively in stressful situations and tight time constraints.

 

Minimum and Recommended Flight Times:

  • Total Time: 500 Minimum
  • Multi-Engine Time: 25 Minimum
