Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to join our team at McRory Pediatric Services, Inc. The successful candidate will work with children ages birth to 18 years, providing individualized, evidence-based treatment and collaborating with our team of professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized, evidence-based treatment to children with varying disabilities
- Complete session documentation, including SOAP notes
- Collect and analyze session data to inform treatment planning
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of need and develop treatment plans
- Write reports to communicate with parents and other professionals
- Provide parent education, training, and support to promote child development
- Collaborate with team members, including monthly staff meetings, to ensure seamless care coordination
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational institution (if applicable)
- California Speech-Language Pathologist License (Preferred)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC) (if applicable)
- Maintain CEU and licensure requirements
- Previous pediatric treatment experience is a plus
- Proof of immunization records and TB required
- Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
