Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Interventional Radiology department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess the needs of patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- At least one year of experience in a direct patient care setting, preferably in Interventional Radiology.
