Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Assess the needs of patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • At least one year of experience in a direct patient care setting, preferably in Interventional Radiology.
