Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a skilled Line Cook to contribute to our innovative Signature Dining Programs. As a key team member, you will engage in à la minute cooking and craft chef-inspired dishes that enhance resident satisfaction.

• Prepare all meals and menu items following proper safety and cooking techniques.
• Ensure accurate portioning, plating, temperature, and presentation of meals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of cook-to-order experience.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures.
