Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Services Representative to join our team at Coinstar, LLC. This role is responsible for providing coin & cash handling and transportation services, ensuring the efficient movement of goods within a designated region or route.

About the Role:

As a Transportation Services Representative, you will be working in an environment where route, daily tasks, and weather conditions can change frequently. You will be required to perform various tasks such as transporting coins and cash, performing routine preventative maintenance, and complying with FMCSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coin & Cash Handling: Perform coin and cash handling services, including moving coins and cash from kiosks to a company-issued truck and delivering them to designated locations.
  • Transportation: Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle to service kiosks within a specific region or route.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment, including minor repairs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Comply with FMCSA regulations and related company policies.
  • Paperwork: Complete necessary paperwork as required.
  • Quality Control: Report quality problems and other technical issues through proper escalation channels.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and promote good customer relations through high standards of personal appearance, ethical behavior, maturity, and good judgment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Degree or GED.
  • Experience: 1+ years providing transportation of goods or services, and 1+ years of customer service/customer relations experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license, Commercial Driver's License (for operation of vehicles over 26,000 lbs. GVWR), and ability to pass DOT medical exam.
  • Skills: Excellent personal and interpersonal skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
