Position Overview:
As a key player in the aerospace manufacturing sector, the Aircraft Seating Assembler is tasked with the precise assembly and installation of components necessary for the completion of aircraft seating systems. This role requires the ability to interpret various forms of instructions, including verbal directives, technical schematics, and work orders, ensuring all assembly processes meet stringent quality and specification standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Detailed Assembly:
Execute meticulous sub-assembly and component assembly tasks to produce high-quality aircraft seating solutions.

2. Documentation and Compliance:
Utilize work orders, technical drawings, and non-conformance reports to ensure accurate assembly, adhering to verbal instructions as required.

3. Equipment Operation:
Set up and operate various tools and fixtures essential for the accurate manufacturing of aircraft seating.

4. Quality Control:
Perform thorough checks and adjustments to guarantee the proper functionality of components and completed assemblies.

5. Technical Skills:
Read and interpret technical drawings to organize assembly operations and ensure compliance with specifications.

6. Material Management:
Efficiently handle materials and finished products to maintain a seamless workflow.

7. Record Maintenance:
Keep precise records and generate reports in line with performance requirements, ensuring adherence to testing procedures.

8. Production Standards:
Consistently achieve or surpass production and quality benchmarks.

9. Safety Practices:

Physical Requirements:

Qualifications:
