We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Addiction Recovery Coach to join our team at Wellbridge Addiction Treatment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping individuals achieve recovery from addiction.
About the RoleThe Addiction Recovery Coach will work closely with patients to provide support and encouragement throughout their treatment journey. Responsibilities include acclimating new patients, facilitating daily community meetings, participating in interdisciplinary staff meetings, and accompanying patients to appointments as approved by the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop personalized recovery plans with patients, identifying strengths and educating them about various modes of recovery.
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and therapists to engage patients who are considering leaving against medical advice (AMA).
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with regulations.
- Familiarize patients with contemporary medications for addiction treatment and work collaboratively with medical approaches to care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) or CRPA-P preferred.
- CPR certification or obtained within six months of hire.
- Six months experience working in a direct client/patient environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
