We have an ambitious goal to move into our new Critical Care Tower soon, featuring three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms.

About the Job

This role requires a strong professional who can prepare equipment for procedures while maintaining a sterile environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing equipment before and during procedures
  • Identifying and assessing patient condition, preparing and positioning patients for care
  • Maintaining a sterile environment
  • Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in staff orientation
  • Utilizing downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks
  • Fostering strong working relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure excellent patient care
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need to complete the following within six months:

  • Cath Lab RT Orientation
  • All competencies listed in department policy

Additionally, you must possess:

  • Completion of a 24-month formal Radiologic Technology program or military program
  • Eligibility or current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
  • Previous Procedural Area experience preferred
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training should be achieved within six months of hire
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $27.84-$45.46 based on previous work experience.
