Parking Enforcement Specialist

At LAZ Parking, we are seeking a highly skilled Parking Enforcement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our parking enforcement team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our parking facilities are used in accordance with our rules and regulations.

As a Parking Enforcement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Parking Enforcement

Patrol assigned parking areas to enforce parking regulations, ensuring that all vehicles are parked in compliance with our rules and regulations.

Issue citations and warnings to vehicles that are in violation of our parking rules, treating all individuals with respect and professionalism.

Parking Revenue Collection

Monitor parking meters and collect fees from customers, providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Service

Provide assistance and information to customers regarding parking policies and procedures, including answering questions and resolving customer complaints in a fair and professional manner.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of citations issued and fees collected, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate.

Reporting

Report any suspicious or illegal activities to the appropriate authorities, taking all necessary steps to ensure that our parking facilities are safe and secure.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00/hour and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
