Job Overview

Haymarket Center, a leading not-for-profit community-based adult detoxification, residential, and outpatient substance abuse treatment facility in Chicago, seeks an experienced Clinical Program Supervisor to lead its clinical programs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall function of assigned program, direct supervision of counselor staff, and clinical treatment of assigned patient charts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of daily program structure and staffing pattern: Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure seamless program operations.
  • Facilitate weekly staff meetings and develop meeting agendas: Foster open communication among team members and promote collaboration.
  • In conjunction with Clinical Director, Assistant Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Coordinator maintain and/or enhance programmatic goals and objectives: Work closely with senior leaders to drive program growth and excellence.
  • Identify staff training needs and provide training as needed: Invest in the professional development of your team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and complete required reporting forms relevant to staff performance, staff attendance, and staff evaluations: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $$85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
