Boston BioProducts is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Operations Coordinator to join our commercial team. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating marketing efforts, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to launch campaigns and promotions">
  • Manage new leads within our CRM system and monitor pipeline progress">
  • Engage with inbound leads in a timely manner and provide top-notch support">
  • Create and send product quotations to customers">
  • Represent Boston BioProducts at industry events and conferences">
  • Support vendor setups at academic and biotech organizations">
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services to provide informed guidance to customers">
  • Travel occasionally (10-15%) to conferences, meetings, and trade shows">

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service. A high school diploma is required, and an associate's degree in a business-related field is a plus.

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also essential.
