Digital Access Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Access Strategist to join our team at Beacon Health System. As a key member of our digital leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital access experiences that meet the needs of our patients and providers.

• Collaborate with the Director, Digital Design and Customer Experience to understand strategy for digital access and develop campaign, experience, and product direction.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendor representatives, application users, and program owners.
• Act as a liaison between departments, sites, and/or agencies to facilitate workflow.
• Promote positive leadership through collaboration, cooperation, and communication across functions and partners.
• Resolve conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies.
• Maintain accountability for relevant digital projects by developing business plans, analyzing data, creating campaigns, and overseeing technology implementations.
• Lead creation of estimated project timelines, resources, costs, and return on investment (ROI) analyses.
• Review projects to assure compliance with federal regulations, departmental guidelines, or funding requirements.
• Manage troubleshooting issues that arise with any digital products.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven to ten years of experience in progressively responsible positions with healthcare or other relevant industry experience.
• Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in digital experience.
• Supervisory skills necessary to effectively plan and organize the day-to-day work of digital access projects and initiatives.
• Expert administrative operational knowledge, inspirational thought leadership, innovation skills, and positive conflict resolution.
• Complex business project development and portfolio experience.
• Ability to navigate and work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and often changing high growth environment.
• High-level analytical skills necessary to plan, control, and direct activities and resources related to planning, scheduling, and evaluating program goals, objectives, and outcomes.
