Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is between $30.00 and $32.50 per hour. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with our team, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts (pretax savings account).

Job Description

We are seeking experienced or new graduate nurses to join our team as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Washington. As an LPN with our team, you will provide essential in-home healthcare services, focusing on one-on-one patient relationships to enhance clients' health and quality of life. The role offers flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality in-home healthcare services to clients in Washington
  • Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet each client's unique needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and care provided
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
  • Current, unrestricted license as an LPN/LVN in the state(s) of practice
  • Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience as an LPN/LVN in an acute care setting or equivalent; will consider new graduate nurses
  • Current CPR certification and TB test
