About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative II to join our Black Business Accelerator team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and acquiring minority-owned businesses selling on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline mix of high-value and transactional accounts
  • Execute sales strategies to assist minority-owned businesses in their growth
  • Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions
About the Team

Amazon's Black Business Accelerator is dedicated to helping build sustainable equity and growth for Black entrepreneurs by enabling their success as sellers. We provide access to financial support, strategic business guidance, and mentorship, as well as marketing and promotional support.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Experience using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects and responsibilities
What We Offer
