Truck Sales Representative

Wisconsin Kenworth in Fond du Lac is seeking a skilled Account Executive to join their Truck Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding goals for profit margin, unit sales, and market share for new and used light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks.
Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed sales targets for new and used trucks
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer territories and accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow new accounts and increase market share
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts
- Stay up-to-date on all products and services offered by the company
- Call on assigned accounts as scheduled and maintain accurate call reports
- Manage customer profiles in company databases and ensure data accuracy
- Complete product and sales training courses as assigned
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company systems, procedures, and policies
- Facilitate resolution of customer satisfaction issues and coordinate with other departments and branches
- Work assigned floor days to maximize retail sales opportunities
- File complete and timely reports on all walk-in and call-in sales prospects
- Ensure timely deliveries of customer units and promote sales of finance and insurance services
- Associates degree (AA) or comparable work experience; Bachelors Degree preferred
- Three to five years of heavy-duty truck sales or related experience
- Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or ability to obtain one
- Ability to read and interpret truck specification lists and technical bulletins
- Excellent product knowledge and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
