Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales Executive to join our team at AVEM LABS, LLC. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales and marketing within the medical industry, particularly in the Operating Room (OR) environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed territory sales objectives annually.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and administrative staff in assigned accounts.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure high retention rates of current accounts in territory.
  • Display and leverage strong knowledge of products, including providing hard data and account references.
  • Complete business analytics and regional reporting assignments in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive products and marketing practices, and keep sales management informed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Medical Sales experience, preferably in Operating Room Hardware or Biologics sales.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commissions, making the total compensation range $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
