Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Camelot Leisure Living. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supervision to our residents in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Supervise and train Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs)
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the Director of Nursing
Requirements
  • Valid LPN license in the state of employment
  • Minimum one year of experience as a LPN in a long-term care setting
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
