We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Market Development Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a flexible schedule and remote work environment.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution of leading natural brands. You will secure product placements, increase order volumes, and achieve sales targets through efficient merchandising strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales and Distribution: Expand brand reach by securing product placements and increasing order volumes. Achieve sales targets through efficient merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving strategies.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Oversee a sales route by setting buyer appointments and addressing client inquiries to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Retail Sales Managers and team members to support initiatives, share updates, and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Drive Business Performance: Utilize company software to prioritize sales tasks, provide timely updates, and generate insights for business improvements.

Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum six months of experience in sales, retail (CPG industry), marketing, space management, or resets.
  • Self-Starter and Independence: Ability to work from home, establish a personal schedule, and self-motivate to manage daily responsibilities without direct office oversight.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build lasting relationships with clients and team members.
  • Microsoft Proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to see, perceive colors, lift 50 lbs., travel, listen, push/pull, and carry 20 lbs.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
