About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring member satisfaction is always our top priority.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure food safety standards are met.

Requirements
