Physiotherapy Assistant

The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our physical therapists and helping our clients achieve their optimal health goals.

• Supporting the client experience and working closely with patients throughout their treatment journey
• Assisting in setting up and preparing exercise equipment, observing patients during treatment, and motivating and assisting patients in exercise programs
• Maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for patients, performing patient-related tasks under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, and ensuring proper documentation and administrative responsibilities are fulfilled

• High School Diploma or General Education Development
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Passion towards health and wellness
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Computer literate, experience with data-entry preferred (Apple preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Effective prioritization and time management skills
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and some Saturdays
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet fixed time constraints
• 2+ years of customer service experience (bonus)
