We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development to lead the growth of the equipment leasing segment at Balboa Capital, a division of Ameris Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

• Prospecting and developing new vendor and lessee relationships to drive business growth.
• Building strong business relationships with senior management and day-to-day contacts at established and newly developed vendor customers.
• Collaborating with Balboa Capital's management and support team to drive initiatives and achieve business objectives.
• Ensuring all new programs are properly administered and communicated to stakeholders.
• Attending various trade shows nationwide to expand business opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience in equipment leasing, with a strong background in consultative sales and business development.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and increasing revenue.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales force automation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, lessees, and internal stakeholders.
