About the Role

This position requires a minimum of 1 year or more of security experience. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

You will conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by adhering to safety and security protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct thorough and regular patrols to ensure the security and well-being of clients and their properties.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $19.00-$23.75 per hour, paid weekly with DailyPay options and differential pay for weekends and third shifts.
