The Operations Lead is a key member of the branch team, responsible for assisting in all aspects of branch activities. This includes maintaining customer accounts, processing invoices, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer accounts in good financial standing
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Assist with branch reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and correspondence drafting

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
