About the Role

  • We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our team at Abode Care Partners.

Job Summary

  • The Nurse Practitioner (APRN) will provide evidence-based medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various settings, ensuring personalized attention.

Responsibilities

">
  • Provide Comprehensive Medical Care: Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.

Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Licensure and Certification: Active state Nurse Practitioners license, Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification, Active state DEA licensure, Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Experience: Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills with accountability for practitioner's daily workflow.
