Position Overview

Francine & Farah's Executive Cleaning LLC is on the lookout for a committed and meticulous individual to fill the role of a Sanitation Specialist. In this position, you will be essential in upholding a pristine and hygienic atmosphere for our clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation. You will ensure that all spaces are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion, while also managing the inventory of cleaning supplies. Furthermore, you will collaborate with our team to guarantee that all assignments are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular cleaning operations, such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
  • Dispose of waste and replace liners in trash receptacles.
  • Polish and clean furniture and fixtures.
  • Sweep and mop common area floors.
  • Restock cleaning materials as necessary.
  • Work alongside team members to complete cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar cleaning or janitorial position.
  • Familiarity with cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions.
  • Capability to work independently and manage time proficiently.
  • Physical endurance and ability to lift heavy items.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
