Digital Art Director

Job Summary:

Fox Pest Control is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Art Manager to lead our creative team in developing high-quality digital art for various projects, including a company culture booklet, web/social media content, and event materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic vision, exceptional design abilities, excellent management skills, and a deep understanding of digital art processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and freelance designers to ensure that our digital assets align with the company's brand strategy and tone of voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of digital artists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional development and enhance creative output.

Champion the brand's visual direction and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all digital art and design projects.

Actively participate in the design process for various projects, including the development of a culture booklet, social media graphics, event materials, and promotional items.

Collaborate with freelance design teams, marketing, HR, and other departments to create compelling digital art that supports overall business objectives and brand initiatives.

Design and produce materials for tradeshows and events, ensuring that all visual content effectively communicates our brand message.

Develop and design engaging content for our social media platforms, enhancing our online presence and brand recognition.

Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the team is using the latest digital art practices.

Review and approve all digital art before release, ensuring it meets brand standards and project requirements.

Requirements:

5+ years experience with Adobe Creative Suite specifically with Illustrator, Indesign, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro & Adobe Acrobat

Google and web ad design

Email marketing design

Photography editing and shooting experience a plus

Outlook and Teams Suite

Design and shipping experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Positive, optimistic and energetic attitude

Ability to multi-task with solid time management skills

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

High level of professionalism

Proactive, Self Starter

Adept creative and design abilities
