The Opportunity:
We need a results-oriented IT professional to oversee the strategic direction and execution of our technology stack and internal IT. The successful hire will drive new technology initiatives that support our capital deployment and portfolio support goals.

The Role:
As the head of our internal infrastructure, you'll be responsible for overseeing all hardware, IT security, office technology, Internet, and operational systems. You'll work closely with our HR team to ensure appropriate training and user education, and drive internal usage adoption of selected tools and solutions. You'll also work cross-functionally to help identify, select, implement, and manage software systems, and serve as the day-to-day IT and tech expert, supporting the effective uptime of all systems and technology.

The Candidate:
We're looking for a general athlete who is passionate about IT, technology transformation, cloud systems, process automation, architecture, product development, and more. You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience, and a track record of technology diligence, understanding what can be automated and implemented, and how technology impacts the broader business. You'll also need a coachable and questioning attitude, process-oriented, ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment, good judgment, and ability to analyze. Experience in VC/PE or early-stage venture-backed companies is a plus.
