">Job Description
">We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial, electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems across our pipeline system.
">Your Responsibilities

- Work closely with experienced Technicians to acquire knowledge, skills, and abilities to become eligible for the Technician I job classification.">
- Participate in Colonial's NexGen Technician Training program and attend coordinated classes and workshops to enhance technical skills/knowledge.">
- Oversight and direction of contractor personnel in facility maintenance and special projects.">
- Assist in or complete required documentation, including Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) reporting, completion reports, work orders, invoices, etc.">
- Serve on District Emergency Response Team and maintain emergency response equipment.">
Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution.">
- Valid Driver's License to drive company and personal vehicles.">
- Ability to work all hours, including holidays and weekends, subject to call-out and occasional overtime.">
- Ideal experience: 1+ years in industrial related fields, such as mechanical or electrical technician roles.">
- Mechanical aptitude, including knowledge of machines and tools, and their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.">
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills.">
- Commitment to adhering to policies and procedures and demonstrating core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence.">
