Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Systems Specialist to join our team at System One. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance and repair, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily monitoring, repair, and preventative maintenance activities on all types of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, critical systems, and facility equipment.
  • This includes ensuring that equipment is in proper and effective operating condition, which is critical to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including routine checks, repairs, and replacements as needed.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities to prevent equipment failure and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify and resolve issues related to equipment performance.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless operation of critical systems and facility equipment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year] salary based on experience and qualifications.
  • A strong background in HVAC maintenance and repair, preferably with a certification such as NATE or R-410A.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
