Job Description

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to oversee the management of equipment, service, and installation technicians in Tampa, FL. This role will involve direct leadership of our commercial door service and installation business, with a strong focus on customer interfacing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage department budgets and P&Ls, ensuring effective control of labor and material costs.
  • Directly assist with employee/job scheduling/dispatching and provide technical/mechanical trouble-shooting/problem solving support.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to ensure the highest quality service is provided.
  • Develop, train, and hire technicians, office administrative personnel, and interns/management trainees as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years' work experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities in a commercial building products and materials company.
  • Excellent communication skills, high organizational ability, and good mechanical aptitude.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
