Job Title: Lead Business Transformation Consultant

The Technology Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders and technologists to facilitate seamless communication and coordination. This role aims to contribute to the continuous exploration and analysis of business performance, driving insights and informing strategic decisions.

We are executing a multi-year technology initiative to upgrade our core accounting and servicing application, supporting growth and strategic objectives. The transformation involves migrating to the Loan IQ platform and exiting current product processors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a resource with deep industry knowledge in core application processes and configuration capabilities of the Loan IQ platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and diplomacy skills, influencing internal partners to deploy effective solutions. Ability to focus on details while achieving higher-level objectives is critical to success.

The successful candidate will take a lead role in driving execution across Loan IQ production support, analysis, configuration, migration, and testing efforts. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing creative technical solutions to meet business needs and managing complex, high-volume applications in partnership with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Managing multiple work streams and applications across geographies for lending technology.
  • Contributing to formulation of strategies/processes for Product Road map, Development and Governance and contributing to defining standards and new automation initiatives.
  • Developing communication to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas and external customers.

Responsibilities (continued):
  • Providing advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and filtering, prioritizing, and validating potentially complex material from multiple sources.
  • Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding banking, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
•Loan IQ platform expertise, with strong preference of migration and/or new implementation experience;
•Deep Loans domain knowledge in a large financial services organization including deal booking mechanics, corporate actions, payment systems, and credit agreements acumen;
•3+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis;
•Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools;
•Proven diplomatic and analytical skills, persuading and influencing colleagues, management, clients, and stakeholders through excellent communication, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills;
•Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs;
•Individuals are expected to be subject matter experts in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas, or products.
