Job Summary

The ideal candidate will manage various tasks, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and discretion. They will be the right-hand support for our executives, ensuring their daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize the executive's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Assist with personal errands and day-to-day tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Track and manage expenses and budgets.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
  • Assist in organizing events, team meetings, and special projects as needed.
  • Provide administrative support, ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a strong team player.
