Corning Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work nights 11 PM - 7 AM at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Corning, NY. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.

About the Role

This position requires a strong leader who can oversee the care of residents and ensure that they receive high-quality service. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling and assigning nursing staff, establishing a compassionate environment, and providing support to residents and their families.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This compensation package also includes benefits such as tuition reimbursement, generous pay rates, flexible schedules, career advancement opportunities, and a two-tiered insurance plan.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • A minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
